Pros: They do have annual performance reviews which is nice. Sometimes, you can jump on bigger construction projects if you make it known you're interested. It's a mid-sized company so there are some opportunities.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty slow. As a Project Coordinator, I felt a bit stuck with no clear promotion path. Mentorship for upward movement isn't really a thing at their main office in Austin.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career paths for junior roles, especially for Project Coordinators. Invest in more structured mentorship programs. It would help retain talent.
