Pros: Some immediate team leads are genuinely supportive and really help you learn the ropes for shared services roles. I've found it's a decent place for entry-level professionals to get their foot in the door within the logistics support sector. You definitely pick up useful skills.
Cons: The upper leadership in the Manila office often seems out of touch with daily operations. There's a lack of consistent vision and communication from them, which makes planning tough. It sometimes feels like they don't truly understand the challenges we face.
Advice to Management: Focus on better transparency and communication across all levels, especially from senior leadership. Engage more with the teams on the ground to understand operational realities in this corporate environment. Invest in leadership training for mid-level managers too.
