Pros: Work-life balance is pretty solid here. They really try to support that for everyone. My direct manager was always approachable, which helps a lot as a Junior Software Engineer. The hybrid work model in the San Francisco office is super convenient.
Cons: Upper leadership can be a bit disconnected sometimes. We often lacked clear direction on product roadmaps. Decisions for software development projects felt slow. It made it tough to feel like we were moving forward quickly.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication regarding company direction and product strategy. Empower team leads more to make faster decisions within their scope for software development projects.
