Cons: Leadership can be pretty disconnected. There's not much clear direction for career growth for IT service roles. Management often makes sudden project changes without proper team input, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Management needs to improve communication with project teams and provide clearer career paths. Involve consultants more in project planning; it would really help with execution and team buy-in.
