Pros: As a Logistics Coordinator here, I've found my immediate team members in the Manila office are super supportive. We really help each other out with daily supply chain operations. It's a decent environment for learning the ropes in logistics roles.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit cliquey sometimes, especially for new hires. There's not much push for company-wide social events, which makes it tough to connect outside your immediate group. Upper management seems pretty detached from daily employee morale.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more inclusive events for everyone. Your employees want to feel like part of a bigger team, not just their small department. Better communication from leadership would also help employee morale.
