Xillium PH is a homegrown Clinical Support Outsourcing (CSO) company hailing from the City of Love in the Philippines – Iloilo City. Founded in 2011, its two pioneers, Vanessa Belleza and Don Wickelgren, an Ilongga, and an American respectively, have challenged the landscape of healthcare services in both the US and our country.
They believed that virtual assistance could extend beyond business-to-business setups and into the medical field. The company started its humble beginnings with a 5-person structure and has now grown to a full-scale organization with several office sites and expanding every year.

Pros: The hybrid work arrangement is a plus. We get a few days at home, which helps with the commute in Manila. It's a decent perk for Operations Specialist roles here.
Cons: It's not truly flexible; office days are pretty strict. Getting an exception for WFH is tough, even with good reasons. There's not much wiggle room if you need more remote time.
Advice to Management: Consider more true flexibility for employees. Trusting teams more with their schedules could really boost morale and productivity, especially for the Manila office staff.
