Pros: As a Technical Recruiter, I appreciate the hybrid model they offer. It's nice to work remotely a few days a week, which really helps with personal appointments and general work-life balance. For IT staffing roles, the team is pretty supportive.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough when you're pushing for big numbers. I've definitely worked more than 40 hour weeks, especially during peak hiring times for tech placements. Weekends sometimes get eaten up answering client emails, which isn't ideal.
Advice to Management: Try to implement better workload distribution to prevent burnout during busy periods, especially for those in IT staffing and tech placements. Encourage taking time off.

Pros: The base salary for a Technical Recruiter is pretty solid, which is good. They also offer decent health insurance plans, which I appreciate. The commission structure is transparent, though it takes a while to really build it up in the tech recruiting space.
Cons: The PTO policy isn't great at all, especially for experienced recruiters. Retirement matching isn't competitive, it's way below what I've seen at other corporate recruiting firms. The annual bonuses aren't as strong as some other IT staffing agencies.
Advice to Management: Revisit the benefits package, especially PTO and retirement contributions. It would help a lot with retention for your Technical Recruiter team.
