Leadership at Select VoiceCom Can Be Tough
Pros: As a Customer Service Representative, you meet some great folks here. The team atmosphere among agents is solid, which really helps with tough calls. They also offer decent health benefits for the BPO industry, which is a plus.
Cons: Leadership here often feels out of touch with floor agents. There's a lot of micromanagement, especially in the onsite call center environment in Cebu City. It's hard to get real support when you're dealing with difficult customer interactions.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the floor agents. Less micromanagement and more empowering team leads would make a huge difference in the call center operations. Invest in leadership training too.

Okay Pay, But Benefits Could Be Better
Pros: The pay is decent for entry-level call center roles in the Lahore office. You can count on getting paid on time every two weeks, which is a solid perk in the BPO industry.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, honestly. Don't expect comprehensive health insurance or much beyond the basics. Raises are pretty slow, making it tough to see real pay growth as a Customer Service Representative.
Advice to Management: Consider improving the benefits package, especially health coverage options, to better retain talent. Also, look into more frequent or significant raises for loyal team members.
