Pros: The work flexibility is great here, especially for remote roles. As a Security Researcher, I really appreciated being able to manage my own time. It's nice to avoid a long commute and work from home, which helps a lot with personal life.
Cons: Sometimes the demands on the bug bounty platform can be intense. There's pressure to deliver quickly during peak campaign times, which can impact your work-life balance for a week or two. You definitely need to be good at setting boundaries.
Advice to Management: Keep supporting remote work options; it's a huge benefit. Maybe look at workload distribution during big platform campaigns to prevent burnout for technical staff.
