Pros: Working here as a Financial Analyst, the team spirit is really strong. People are generally supportive and it feels like a big, established corporate family. The company culture values loyalty, which is nice for job security.
Cons: Innovation sometimes takes a backseat to tradition. It's a very old-school way of doing things, and decision-making can be slow. For onsite work in Taguig City, there isn't much work flexibility.
Advice to Management: Encourage more agile approaches and modern ways of working. Empower younger leaders to push for innovation within the various industry sectors to keep up with market changes.
