Decent Start, Slow Career Growth Path
Pros: It's a good spot for new grads to pick up some initial coding skills and get exposure to various web development projects. You can definitely build out your portfolio here, working remote from home gives solid flexibility.
Cons: Career growth as a Junior Frontend Developer is pretty slow. There's no clear promotion path or consistent mentorship to help you really advance your skills. You kinda hit a ceiling fast at this mid-sized agency.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer paths for career growth and invest in consistent mentorship programs for your web development roles. It would really help retain talent and show employees there's a future here.

Junior Front-End Developer

Pay's okay, but benefits could improve.
Pros: For a mid-sized company in the web development industry, the base pay for a Junior Front-End Developer was decent. I got paid every two weeks, which is standard. Health insurance plans were fine, nothing amazing but workable.
Cons: The pay raises were super stingy, barely keeping up with cost of living in Denver, CO. There weren't many unique perks or bonuses. It felt like they didn't really invest in employee benefits beyond the basic stuff.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better annual raises and add more compelling employee benefits. This would help retain talent in the competitive web development industry.

Leadership needs a serious reality check
Pros: It's a mid-sized tech company, so there's some stability. I really liked my team members, especially in frontend development. The office in Austin, TX is pretty modern.
Cons: Leadership is really out of touch with day-to-day work. As a Junior Web Developer, I felt micromanaged constantly. They don't listen to feedback, even about project timelines.
Advice to Management: Listen to your team leads and individual contributors. Stop micromanaging and trust your developers to do their jobs. Invest in leadership training for senior staff.
