Pros: Working as an RF Engineer here, I've learned so much about 5G network deployment. My team in the San Jose, CA office is super collaborative. We get to solve complex problems in the telecom industry.
Cons: It's tough when leadership makes big decisions without much explanation. We often feel out of the loop on strategic direction. This makes it hard for us technical folks to plan our projects effectively.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more frequent communication about company strategy. It would help everyone, especially engineers, understand where we're headed and how their work fits in.
