Career growth stalled in healthcare IT
Pros: The people I worked with were truly great and supportive. It's a big company focused on healthcare IT, so you feel like you're contributing to something important. Benefits are pretty solid for full-time employees too.
Cons: Career growth for Technical Account Manager roles is a big problem. There weren't clear promotion paths or real opportunities to advance. It feels very corporate and more like big tech in terms of size, but without the internal movement you'd expect.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths for roles like Technical Account Manager. Invest in internal mobility programs. Show employees how they can grow within the company, not just by jumping ship.
