Pros: As a Claims Processor, the basic HMO plan is actually pretty good, covers a lot. There's also decent dental coverage. It's a solid benefits package for the healthcare sector in the Makati office.
Cons: Salary increases are slow, it's hard to get a real raise even with good performance. The bonus scheme isn't very transparent. Plus, the overall compensation feels a bit low for the workload, especially for those of us working onsite.
Advice to Management: Management should really review the salary structure and create clearer paths for career and pay progression for roles like Claims Processor. It's tough to retain talent when raises are so infrequent.
