Pros: It's a solid company if you're looking for stability in the real estate sector. The Makati office is pretty central. You do get to work on some decent development projects, which is good experience for Project Coordinator roles.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty hands-off sometimes, almost to a fault. You don't get much direction on big tasks, especially on new real estate development. It's tough to get feedback or clear decisions from senior management.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and provide clearer guidance to your teams, especially for Project Coordinators. More regular check-ins would help a lot with project momentum in real estate.
