Pros: Some of the senior managers are genuinely helpful. They'll actually take time to explain complex financial reporting tasks. You can learn a lot if you find the right mentor in this mid-sized accounting firm.
Cons: The top-level leadership doesn't always communicate well. Decisions feel pretty top-down, and it's hard to get clear answers, especially as a Junior Accountant. It makes navigating client deliverables tough sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to create more consistent communication channels from the top. It would really help everyone, especially newer staff, understand the firm's direction and their role in client deliverables.
