Leadership can be a mixed bag here
Working here as a Project Coordinator had its ups and downs, especially with leadership. Some managers are great, but the top brass feels disconnected from our daily BPO operations.
Some of the team leads are really supportive, especially when you're new to BPO operations. You can learn a lot if you're keen. They've also had decent WFH options for Project Coordinator roles which helps with work-life balance.
Upper management often feels pretty disconnected from what we do daily in the Manila office. Career growth is tough, especially for those of us in more specialized offshore staffing roles. It's frustrating when big decisions get made without much input.
Try to bridge the gap between upper management and the operational teams. More transparency and clearer pathways for career advancement in offshore staffing would really boost morale and retention.
