Pros: I really liked the flexibility of remote work here. As a Junior Web Developer, I could manage my own hours most days, which helped a lot. It's a small agency, so you get a lot of autonomy.
Cons: The biggest downside is how client projects can suddenly demand extra hours. Some weeks, especially doing web development for new clients, I'd easily hit 50-55 hours. It really messes with your plans.
Advice to Management: Try to forecast project loads better and manage client expectations on deadlines. It would help a lot with employee burnout.
