Decent Hybrid Model, But Stiff Sometimes
Pros: I liked the hybrid model. Getting to WFH a couple days a week was a huge plus for my commute in Philadelphia. It's pretty standard for the tech industry, and way better than being fully onsite. Solid equipment for home use too.
Cons: The flexibility isn't really "flexible." As a Data Analyst, my team had fixed in-office days, so it wasn't my choice. Core hours were strict too. Not much room to shift things around. Felt like they didn't fully trust us.
Advice to Management: Give teams more freedom with their hybrid schedules. Let them decide which days make sense for the office. True flexibility means trusting employees, not just ticking a box. It would boost morale.

Decent pay, but tough company culture for Game Presenters
Pros: The pay for a Game Presenter role is pretty good, especially compared to local standards in Riga, Latvia. There's also some solid initial training when you start, which is helpful.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough with the constant shift work. The company culture feels a bit like a production line sometimes; it's very high volume and can feel impersonal.
Advice to Management: Try to create a more supportive environment for Game Presenters. More breaks or mental health support could help with burnout, especially with the demanding schedules.

Live Studio Operator

Pay is okay, but benefits could be better
Pros: The base pay for a Live Studio Operator in the Philadelphia, PA office isn't terrible to start. You do get paid weekly, which is nice for budgeting.
Cons: Benefits are pretty standard, not great for a big corporate setup. Health insurance premiums are high, and there aren't many perks specific to the iGaming industry. No real bonus structure either for these onsite shifts.
Advice to Management: Review the health insurance plans to reduce employee costs. Consider adding performance bonuses or better retirement matching for onsite staff.
