Decent Work-Life Balance for a BPO
Pros: As an Account Manager, the work-life balance can be surprisingly okay. We usually stick to our 40-hour work weeks, which is a huge plus for this BPO industry. The hybrid work model also gives some solid flexibility.
Cons: You'll sometimes feel pressure for calls outside normal hours, especially with US-based clients. It's tough to fully disconnect after your shift ends when client demands are high. Weekend work isn't common, but it does pop up for urgent issues sometimes.
