Cons: The company culture gets tough when management makes sudden shifts without much explanation. Sometimes the workload for our campaigns can feel pretty overwhelming, impacting work-life balance. There isn't much recognition for extra effort.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on clearer communication, especially when big changes happen. Also, consider creating more defined career progression paths for individual contributors in digital marketing roles. Employee recognition could definitely improve morale.
