Pros: It's a pretty chill place for a startup environment. I got to work on some cool new features for the healthcare tech platform. The team in the Austin office was always supportive, which was a huge plus.
Cons: Career growth here is tough, especially as a Software Engineer. There aren't many clear paths to move up, and promotions felt super arbitrary. I didn't see much investment in professional development either.
Advice to Management: Establish clearer career ladders and invest in training for employees. It's hard to stay when you don't know how to grow.
