Pros: I learned a lot starting out as a Junior Civil Engineer. They put you on real infrastructure projects quickly, which is great hands-on experience in the Manila office. The teams are generally supportive, good for learning the ropes.
Cons: Career growth for civil engineering consulting feels pretty slow after the first year or so. There aren't many clear paths to move up unless someone leaves, and promotions can take ages. It's tough to see a long-term plan here.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career progression paths for mid-level engineers. Invest more in internal training and mentorship programs to keep talent.
