Solid Company, Needs Flexibility Options
Zenith United is a stable company, but work flexibility is a big challenge. If you thrive strictly onsite, it's okay.
I've learned a ton as an Electrical Engineer here. The corporate benefits package is pretty solid for a big company. Plus, the team in the Chicago office is really supportive.
Work flexibility isn't really a thing. You're expected onsite five days a week, no real hybrid options for engineering roles. It's tough if you need to manage personal appointments.
Management should seriously consider offering hybrid or remote options for professional roles like Electrical Engineers. It's becoming the standard in the industry and would help with retention.
