Pros: I've learned a ton as an Electrical Engineer here. The corporate benefits package is pretty solid for a big company. Plus, the team in the Chicago office is really supportive.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing. You're expected onsite five days a week, no real hybrid options for engineering roles. It's tough if you need to manage personal appointments.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously consider offering hybrid or remote options for professional roles like Electrical Engineers. It's becoming the standard in the industry and would help with retention.
