Pros: I've been a Recruitment Consultant here for a while. The initial training for new hires is solid. Managers are pretty supportive when you're just starting out in the Stockholm office, which is nice.
Cons: Beyond the basics, there's not much strategic direction from senior leadership. Career growth isn't super clear for experienced staffing roles either. Sometimes you feel like they don't really listen to feedback.
Advice to Management: Management should really try to listen more to their consultant teams. Give us clearer paths for career growth beyond just hitting targets. More vision from the top would help a lot.
