Advice to Management: Work on developing a clearer, unified vision across all leadership levels. Consistency in decision-making would really help teams thrive and reduce confusion for all roles, especially product.

Pros: Working at PDAX as a Software Engineer means you're always learning new things in the fast-paced digital assets trading space. They provide some solid benefits, especially for a startup. The remote work flexibility is really good for me, being remote from the Philippines.
Cons: However, job security can be a bit of a worry, especially with the crypto market's ups and downs. There's a feeling that things could change quickly, which is typical for a fintech startup. I've seen some roles get reshuffled without much warning.
