Cons: Busy season can be brutal, honestly. We're talking 50-60 hour weeks for a couple of months, especially around tax season deadlines. It's tough to maintain that work-life balance when you're constantly churning out financial reporting for clients. The workload for accounting services can be unpredictable.
Advice to Management: Try to distribute the workload better during busy periods. Maybe hire more seasonal help for accounting services to ease the pressure on core staff, especially for those in remote roles. It would really help with employee burnout.
