Solid culture, but watch out for churn
Pros: The people here are genuinely nice, especially on the remote team. We try to connect through virtual coffee chats, which is good for morale. As an Account Manager, I've felt pretty supported by my direct colleagues. It's a decent place for entry-level sales in the on-demand manufacturing industry.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit unstable sometimes. There's a high turnover rate, which makes it hard to build long-term relationships. Leadership seems to change direction a lot. It creates some uncertainty about processes, and you don't always know what's coming next.
Advice to Management: Try to stabilize leadership and internal processes. Focusing on employee retention would really help build a stronger, more consistent company culture. We need more clarity on long-term goals.

Decent place, but pay isn't great.
Pros: Working as an Account Manager here, I've really appreciated the work flexibility. They're pretty chill about remote work, which is a big plus for work-life balance. Also, the team in the Los Angeles office is generally supportive and friendly.
Cons: Honestly, the pay for Account Manager roles is a big sticking point; it's definitely below market for the custom manufacturing industry. Benefits are just okay, don't expect top-tier healthcare or a strong 401k match. It's a real challenge to feel valued when compensation doesn't keep up, especially in a startup.
Advice to Management: Focus on competitive compensation for all roles, especially for experienced Account Managers. It's hard to retain good talent otherwise.

Good team, but career growth is slow.
Pros: I've really enjoyed the team. Everyone's super collaborative, and working remote from California is a huge plus for my work-life balance. It's a solid place for consistent work in the custom manufacturing industry if you're not pushing for quick promotions.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty limited, especially for a Project Manager looking to move up. There isn't a clear path for advancement or development, which can be frustrating. It feels like a startup where you're just doing your job, not really building towards the next step.
Advice to Management: Managers should create clearer development plans and mentorship programs for employees. It would really help with retaining talent if there were defined growth opportunities, especially for mid-level roles like Project Managers.
