Decent place for an SDR, but growth is slow
Pros: I liked the remote, WFH setup; it's really flexible. The team was supportive for sales development efforts. It's a solid place to learn about B2B technology sales and building initial skills.
Cons: Career growth felt really limited for entry-level sales roles. There wasn't much clear upward mobility, even as an SDR. You really have to fight for a path to Account Executive.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer internal pathways for sales professionals to advance. Provide more mentorship for moving from SDR to AE roles.

Leadership Is Okay, Could Be Stronger
Pros: Some direct managers are really supportive, which helps a lot when you're working remote. You get a good amount of autonomy as a Technical Account Manager too. It's a growing company in the telecom solutions industry.
Cons: Upper leadership feels pretty out of touch with what we do daily. There's not enough clear direction from the top, which makes things tough. Communication around company changes is often lacking.
Advice to Management: Work on improving communication from the top down. Really try to understand the daily challenges of remote employees and individual contributors. More transparency would help.

Work-life balance is a real challenge here
Pros: I liked the remote work arrangement; it definitely helped avoid a commute. The team was pretty collaborative on client projects, and I learned a lot about different telecom solutions. There's a solid benefit package too, which is nice.
Cons: It's hard to switch off, honestly. As a Solutions Engineer, I often worked more than 40 hours a week, especially when client deadlines piled up. You'll find yourself logging in late or on weekends more than you'd like. The workload can feel pretty heavy.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations and distribute workloads more evenly across the team. Implementing stricter boundaries for after-hours work would really help with employee burnout. Maybe hire more staff for demanding technical roles.
