Pros: For a High School Teacher, you get decent pay for the education industry in Singapore. There's some understanding if you need to leave early for an appointment, but it's not a common thing.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing for us. You're mostly onsite every day. There isn't much room for remote work, even for lesson planning or grading, which feels a bit old school.
Advice to Management: Think about offering more flexible options for teachers, maybe a hybrid model for non-teaching days or a couple of remote work days per month for administrative tasks. It would really help with morale and work-life balance.
