Pros: Most days, I could wrap up my tasks and head out right on time. For a big name in food manufacturing, the standard 40-hour week as a Supply Chain Analyst felt pretty achievable. It's nice to have predictable hours in the Sheboygan Falls office.
Cons: There were crunch times, especially around product launches or inventory audits. Sometimes, it felt like there wasn't much flexibility if I had an appointment, given it's an onsite role.
Advice to Management: Consider more hybrid options for roles that don't strictly require daily onsite presence. Even small flexibilities would help morale.

Pros: It's a stable, family-owned company, which is nice. Pay is pretty solid for the food production industry. You'll learn a lot if you're new to manufacturing roles, especially about safety and processes.
Cons: Career growth is really slow as a Production Associate. There aren't many opportunities to move up unless someone leaves. You can feel stuck doing the same thing for years at the Sheboygan Falls, WI plant.
Advice to Management: Try to create more clear paths for internal promotion. Invest in training programs for Production Associates to prepare them for higher-level manufacturing roles. It would help with retention.
