Pros: I've learned a ton here as a Technology Consultant. There's good exposure to various digital transformation projects. Plus, the remote flexibility is a solid perk when you're not client-facing.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough. You're often working long hours, especially with client deadlines on digital transformation projects. As a large consulting firm, you really feel the pressure, and weekends can get eaten up.
Advice to Management: Try to push back more on client demands to protect employee bandwidth. Better resource allocation would really help with the workload for IT consulting roles.

Pros: You get to jump on a lot of diverse projects, which is awesome for learning new tech and skills in digital transformation. There's a decent formal mentorship program too. If you're remote from the USA, it's pretty good for exposure.
Cons: It's a big corporate environment, so sometimes it's hard to stand out for promotions. Career paths aren't always super clear, you often have to figure out your next step yourself and network a lot.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more transparent career pathing for employees, especially in specialized IT consulting roles. Encourage leaders to actively identify high-potential talent rather than relying solely on self-advocacy.

Pros: I've found the hybrid work model pretty good for my Associate Consultant role. There's usually a decent WFH option, which helps with personal appointments. It's nice not being stuck in the Atlanta office every single day.
Cons: Work flexibility can really depend on your project in this IT consulting industry. Some client demands mean you're more onsite than you'd like. It's tough when you're trying to plan things outside of work.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid policy across all projects. It's hard for us to know what to expect when flexibility varies so much project to project.
