Pros: I liked being able to work remote from home. The tools for collaboration, especially their own project management software, are pretty solid. For a Software Engineer, the tech stack is up-to-date and challenging.
Cons: Work flexibility is there, but sometimes it feels like 'always on' with the WFH setup. There's pressure to respond even after hours. It's tough to truly unplug in this SaaS industry environment.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for remote employees. Encourage disconnecting after standard hours to improve work-life balance.

Pros: Working remotely as a Software Engineer is a huge plus, very flexible. The product itself, ClickUp's project management software, is genuinely interesting to build and use, which keeps work engaging.
Cons: There's been a lot of restructuring lately, and you definitely feel that typical startup instability. Layoffs have happened before, making job security a real worry for a lot of people here.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about company direction and future plans to help ease employee concerns about job security and constant changes.
