Pros: I liked being able to work remote from home. The tools for collaboration, especially their own project management software, are pretty solid. For a Software Engineer, the tech stack is up-to-date and challenging.
Cons: Work flexibility is there, but sometimes it feels like 'always on' with the WFH setup. There's pressure to respond even after hours. It's tough to truly unplug in this SaaS industry environment.
