Cons: But seriously, career growth for an Associate Real Estate Consultant feels non-existent. There aren't clear paths up, and getting to try new aspects of the business, like investment analysis, is really tough. You can feel stuck for years.

Pros: As a Software Engineer, the hybrid work model is pretty good here. I appreciate being able to work remote from Austin, TX a couple days a week. It definitely helps with avoiding traffic and personal appointments.
