We design and manufacture coils and transformers used in RF hybrid devices applied in telecommunication and data transmission system, CATV amplifiers, power coils and transformers for AC-DC, AC-AC, and DC-DC converters, EMI and RFI filters, degaussing coils for monitors, and into assembly and test of power converters, electronic ballasts, and stators for industrial motors.

Solid culture, but sometimes a bit much

Pros: The team here is really collaborative; everyone helps out. As a Software Engineer, I felt supported by my peers in the Taguig City office. There's a strong sense of community, which is good for a mid-sized tech company. The hybrid work model helps too.
Cons: Sometimes the work-life balance isn't ideal, especially during crunch times. Leadership could be more transparent; communication often feels like it's missing key details for those of us in IT services. It impacts morale, honestly.
Advice to Management: Work on improving transparency and communication from top management. Make sure the work-life balance is consistent, not just during slow periods. Show more

Decent Flexibility, But Needs More Consistency

Pros: The hybrid setup is a solid perk. It lets you WFH a few days, which really helps with the crazy Manila traffic. This flexibility is decent for most software development roles.
Cons: The official hybrid policy isn't always consistent. Sometimes you're expected onsite more than initially promised. It can be tough to balance personal life with those unexpected office days.
Advice to Management: Try to stick to the advertised hybrid schedule. Clearer communication about any changes to onsite requirements would help us all plan better. Show more
