Pros: As a Business Analyst working remote from the USA, the base salary is pretty solid for the consulting industry. The health insurance plan is actually quite good, which is a big plus. It's nice not to worry too much about that.
Cons: PTO accrual feels a bit slow, so vacation time isn't super generous. The bonus structure isn't very transparent either, and there's no 401k match which is a bummer. For tech consulting, I expected a bit more.
Advice to Management: Revisit the 401k matching program. Better PTO accrual would also really boost morale for the team.
