Pros: The best part is definitely the people you work with. As a Front Desk Agent, your immediate team feels like a solid family. It's a supportive environment for entry-level resort roles in the hospitality industry, especially here in Orlando, FL.
Cons: There's a noticeable gap between upper management and the daily operations. It can feel like management doesn't always get what we're dealing with onsite. Sometimes the culture feels a bit cliquey too, which isn't great.
Advice to Management: Try to spend more time on the ground with your teams. Understand the real challenges of guest services. Improve recognition programs for dedicated employees.
