Leadership is a mixed bag for big corporate
Working here has its ups and downs, especially regarding who's at the helm. It's a big corporate environment, so expect some bureaucracy. Direct managers are often good, but higher leadership can be a real head-scratcher.
Some project leads are really solid; they support their teams well, especially for technical challenges. As a Software Engineer, I found that direct managers in the Pune office often tried their best to help us out.
Upper management often feels detached from the ground reality. Decision-making for IT services projects can be super slow, which is frustrating. There's not always a clear vision from the top, leading to confusion.
Please try to be more visible and connect with the teams on the ground. Faster decision-making for IT services projects would really boost morale and efficiency. A clear, consistent vision from the top would help everyone.
