It's a stable company with a pretty good product, which offers a lot of job security for a Software Engineer. There are good opportunities to pick up new skills.
Cons: While the overall compensation package is decent for the insurance software industry, I do feel that individual pay raises and the promotion process can sometimes be slower than expected.
