Work-Life Balance is Pretty Decent Here
Pros: The work flexibility is a real plus, especially for remote roles. I could pretty much set my own hours as a Content Developer, which was huge. It really helps with personal appointments and managing daily life.

Pros: I've been working as an Instructional Designer here remotely for a while. The health insurance is pretty solid, and the PTO is decent. It's a big corporate company, so you get typical benefits.
