Pros: Some corporate roles in the St. Louis office actually have decent hybrid options now. It's good for certain desk jobs. They do offer solid benefits too, which is a plus for a large enterprise.
Cons: As a Sales Representative, work flexibility is pretty low. You're often tied to specific route schedules in the beverage industry. It's mostly an onsite gig, especially for field roles, so WFH isn't really an option for us. Don't expect much freedom.
Advice to Management: Understand that not all roles can be hybrid, but try to find creative ways to offer flexibility where possible, even for field teams.

Pros: Job security is pretty solid here, especially for on-site production roles like mine. Being a big beverage company, they don't seem to make rash cuts. Decent benefits package too.
Cons: Career growth as a Production Supervisor can be tough. There aren't always clear paths upwards. Sometimes management feels a bit out of touch with plant floor realities.
Advice to Management: Focus more on internal career progression for experienced plant employees. Improve communication between corporate and the factory floor.
