Good for a corporate CPG company, but slow
Pros: As a Supply Chain Analyst, I found the team to be pretty supportive. People are generally nice and helpful, especially newer folks. The hybrid work model in the Dallas office is also a solid perk, letting you balance things.
Cons: Things can be really slow here. Decision-making for consumer goods innovations feels like it takes forever. There's not much urgency sometimes, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Try to speed up decision-making processes for new product development. Empower teams more so we can adapt faster in the competitive consumer goods market.
