Pros: Some individual team leads are really supportive. They genuinely care about your growth as a Customer Success Manager. The fully remote setup is great for work-life balance too.
Cons: Upper management often feels out of touch with day-to-day operations. There's not much clear direction from executive leadership on the overall strategy for the LMS software. It gets frustrating trying to hit targets without that.
Advice to Management: Focus on better communication from the top. Help managers understand the broader vision so they can relay it effectively. Invest in leadership training for consistent support across teams.

Pros: I really liked being fully remote here, especially working from Texas. It's great for juggling personal stuff with my Customer Success Manager duties. The company trusts you to get your work done on the LMS platform.
Cons: Sometimes the WFH policy feels a bit rigid with meeting schedules, even for a fully remote team. It can be tough to align with teams in different time zones, making collaboration tricky for a mid-sized tech company.
Advice to Management: Revisit how global teams schedule meetings. Encourage more asynchronous communication to truly support a fully remote workforce across different time zones. This would boost work flexibility.

Pros: As a Software Engineer, I liked the focus on professional growth in the eLearning space. The remote work flexibility is really good here too, which made managing my schedule easier. It's a solid, stable place being under a big tech umbrella.
Cons: The company culture can feel pretty slow and corporate, not like a nimble startup. Sometimes there's a disconnect in communication from higher-ups, which impacts team morale. It just feels less personal than smaller organizations.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more of a 'Litmos' identity instead of just being 'SAP-owned'. Speed up decision-making processes for the eLearning platform to help with innovation.
