The pace is fast, which is great for pushing boundaries, but it also means adapting quickly to changes. Sometimes, internal communication could be a bit clearer on larger company initiatives. Leadership can be a mixed bag here
Pros: I liked working with some of the senior folks, especially in the technical teams. My direct manager was usually pretty supportive, which helped a lot as a Technical Account Manager. The cybersecurity platform itself is robust and keeps you learning.
Cons: Upper leadership sometimes felt out of touch with day-to-day operations. Decisions often came down without much explanation, which was tough. It can feel like management doesn't always value feedback from the remote teams.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the people on the ground, especially the remote teams. Be more transparent with strategic decisions. Empower mid-level managers better.

Cons: Work-life balance as a Senior Software Engineer can be really tough. It's common to log in after hours for critical IT operations issues, which means more than 40 hour weeks often. Sometimes the project demands feel endless.
