Solid place, but don't expect remote work
Pros: Job security is pretty solid at Mouser. It's a big, established corporate company, so you don't worry about layoffs much. The benefits package is decent, especially for onsite employees in the Fort Worth office.
Cons: Work flexibility is tough. As a Customer Service Representative, you're expected to be onsite full-time. There aren't really any remote work options or hybrid schedules available, which can be a real drag if you're looking for that.
Advice to Management: Consider offering some hybrid or remote work options for roles that don't absolutely require being in the Fort Worth office. It would really help with employee morale and retention.
