Pros: The salary for a Quality Assurance Analyst was pretty competitive. Benefits were solid too, I've got to give them that. My team in the Lake Forest, IL office was usually good to work with.
Cons: Work flexibility is a real issue. It's mostly an onsite policy, so hybrid model options are pretty limited. If you need WFH flexibility, this might not be the best fit for you in automotive parts manufacturing.
Advice to Management: Management should really think about offering more hybrid model options. It would help a lot with employee morale and retention, especially for roles that don't need to be 100% onsite.

Cons: But during new product launches or major production issues, be ready for long nights and weekends. It's tough on the family sometimes. WFH isn't really an option for onsite roles in the manufacturing plant, so flexibility is limited.
