Hybrid Model is Okay, But Could Be Better
Pros: I've been able to enjoy some good work flexibility here, especially as a Software Engineer. The hybrid model allows for a couple of WFH days a week, which helps avoid the Atlanta traffic. It's decent for a big corporate fintech company.
Cons: It's not truly flexible though; you're often expected in the Atlanta office on specific days, which can be tough. There's less autonomy than I'd hoped for in my payment processing role, and sometimes changes to the WFH policy feel sudden.
