Solid culture, but career growth is slow
Pros: The company culture is genuinely friendly; people are nice and collaborative in the Coral Gables office. You get to work on some really iconic premium brands in the beverage alcohol space, which is cool for your resume. They also have decent benefits and a hybrid model, which helps with work-life balance.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty limited, especially for marketing roles. Promotion cycles are super slow, and there aren't many opportunities to advance quickly. It feels like you hit a ceiling fast if you're ambitious.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating clearer career paths and faster promotion opportunities, especially for key roles like Brand Managers. It would help retain talented people and keep them engaged.

Hybrid Model is Okay, But Could Be Better
Pros: The hybrid work setup is a big plus; it's nice to have some WFH days. For my Marketing Specialist role, it allowed a bit more personal freedom during the week. The Coral Gables, FL office is nice when you're there, and the company is solid.
Cons: True flexibility feels limited beyond the set hybrid schedule. It's tough if you need to adjust your in-office days for personal stuff. For the CPG sector, I'd expect more trust and autonomy, but it feels pretty structured.
Advice to Management: Consider more true remote options or at least more fluid hybrid schedules. Trust employees more with managing their time, especially for roles like Marketing Specialist.

Good Company, WLB Varies by Role
Pros: The hybrid work model is a big plus here. It's nice to have that flexibility in the Miami office. Most of the year, work-life balance is pretty decent, especially if you manage your projects well. There's a good team environment among your direct peers.
Cons: But as a Marketing Specialist, crunch times for product launches are brutal. You'll definitely be putting in extra hours in the spirits industry during those periods. It's hard to disconnect when deadlines are looming, which affects your personal life quite a bit.
Advice to Management: Try to staff up more during peak campaign times to help spread the workload. It would really help prevent burnout for the marketing teams.
