Stable Employer with Good Culture, Some Room to Grow

Cons: Career progression is a bit slow, and promotions aren't frequent. While work-life balance is decent, some periods are very hectic. Cross-departmental communication could definitely be clearer.

Decent Flexibility, Depends On Your Role
Pros: As a Clinical Specialist, I found good flexibility. Being field-based in the medical device industry helps a lot. I could manage my schedule for patient visits and travel.
Cons: The hybrid model for Bethlehem, PA office roles feels restrictive. You still have strict onsite days. It's not as good for everyone there.
Advice to Management: Try to extend the work from home options for the corporate office roles. More trust in employees could really boost morale.
